Location in hospital pharmacies

  • A similar technical solution can be used in a conventional pharmacy or in a medical facility

  • A major benefit is the speeding up of dispensing as the pharmacist receives the package directly to the counter. The time saved can then be spent with the client or the next client

  • Outside of opening hours, sales are possible via a kiosk

  • One pharmacist is able to check multiple MedicPort locations outside of pharmacy hours

Emergency pharmacies

  • By sharing staff capacity, pharmacies can resume round-the-clock operations

Operational ecosystem

  • A diagram of the Medicport operational ecosystem, which is subordinate to the pharmacy process, will show you how the whole system works. Watch our video.

Automatic stocking is part of every MedicPort. Medicines are simply placed on a tray and the robotic warehouse will take care of everything.

All processes, including the stocking and stocking out of medicines, are secured by multi-level control.

The automated warehouse has been designed to offer room for more stock in a small area than a conventional pharmacy.

Automated warehouse

It includes, for example, a touch screen, an e-prescription reader, a payment terminal, a button for the disabled or an ID card reader.

The dispensing of medicines takes place through a dispensing box which can also be used for returning unused medicines or medicines with adverse effects.

Sales kiosk

Our software monitors the management of the entire solution from ordering goods to logistics, stocking and stocking out of medicines, and communication between the pharmacist and the client.

All security elements, including the connection to the provider's operating systems, are also under software control.

A  central application enables precise and fast reporting for all process milestones.
